DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.service@exrossy.com

CAN I EXPECT ANY SHRINKAGE? 

Most of our garments are pre-washed/shrinkage controlled meaning you can expect roughly 2-3% shrinkage. This information can be found on each individual product page. To minimize shrinkage we recommend washing and hanging to dry or drying in as low heat as possible.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.service@exrossy.com

How do I check my order status?

After you receive your order information, you can view your logistics tracking number. You can copy the tracking number and go to: https://www.17track.net/en to check the logistics status.
